Health care is not just about treating the illness, but the overall well being of our patients’ physical, mental, and social health.

Liberty Street Clinic opened its doors in December of 2009. It was established by WVP Health Authority to respond to the need for increased access to PCP care for our Marion and Polk communities.

One major advantage of this clinic’s model is that the providers and staff only have to be familiar with the services covered by OHP rather than needing to remember the rules of several different health plans. That makes it easier when it comes time to order labs and prescribe medications. The providers also work closely with WVP’s Adult Comprehensive Care Team (ACCT) Team to coordinate care for those who are unable to come in to the clinic for a variety of reasons.
